Customers may choose to vacate the pool for 1.5 hours for\n\u003cbr\u003ebalancing and chemical addition, skip the weekly service for that week, or\n\u003cbr\u003eincur a stop charge for rescheduling to the next day. Customers should be\n\u003cbr\u003eaware that we may need to shock the pool most weeks, and if the pool is\n\u003cbr\u003eshocked, the cover must be left open for a minimum of 1.5 hours after our\n\u003cbr\u003edeparture, with customers responsible for closing the cover. It is also a\n\u003cbr\u003erequirement for customers to have an automatic pool cleaner, which our\n\u003cbr\u003etechnicians will clean weekly.
