* Premier Pool & Spa has hundreds of valued loyal customers that have relied
on us to take care of their pools and spas for decades. We have a
responsibility to make sure all of our valued customers have a usable pool for
beginning of the season through the 1st week in July for pool openings and
emergency pool repairs to make sure all of our customers can rely on us to be
available to repair their pools as necessary so they can enjoy their pools. Liner
installations & major remodels are not emergency repairs as it is generally
known long before the remodel that it needs to be replaced. If the work needed
includes a new liner installation we can generally patch the liner to extend it's
life to the new liner installation date after July 4. In a case where the customer
deems the replacement is a spring emergency (if their pool is completely
unusable), we can schedule a spring install before the 1st week in July. If this
is the case the quote or service order will have an emergency charge which
will equal 50% of the labor charge applied.
