Do the items on this quote allow me to automate my pool chemistry or use the
Omni App to monitor & control my pool? The items on this quote do not allow
for those functions, this quote includes the salt system and basic equipment
automation mentioned above, another quote can/will be provided if you are
interested in chemical automation.
How often do I need to add salt? The initial salt that is required has been
included on this quote, then the only time you need to add more salt is when
water is added, the salt stays in the water and doesn't get "used up".
What other chemicals will I need? This quote by itself converts your pool to a
salt chlorine pool. The salt system will generate the maintenance chlorine you
require, but some additional shocking/chlorine and balancers will still be
needed. Adding a Hayward Sense N Dispense system and the HydraPure UV
& Ozone Advanced Oxidation Sanitization System will get you as close to fully
automated as is possible. (Can be quoted separately if interested)
How much space will the equipment on this quote take up? One box will be
wall mounted (around the size of a breaker box) and the rest is mounted inline
on the pool plumbing.
Are there are any other costs? The cell has to be replaced every 4-8 years.
Easy to replace by homeowner or one of our technicians. (~$1375 cost for the
cell in 2024)
What is the warranty? Hayward Expert Line residential pool products are
backed by 3 year extended warranties covering parts & labor when purchased
and installed by a Totally Hayward pool professional such as Premier Pool &
Spa. CMP Sacrificial Anode has 1 year warranty (if included in quote).
