If the customer chooses to do steps 1-3 & 8-9, the repair can usually be done
much sooner in the season, within 2-3 weeks after quoting the job as it will
require much less of our technician's time, 1-2 hours dependent upon the # of
pipes being repaired. If the customer chooses to do those steps themselves,
upon acceptance of the quote we can schedule time for the repair where it will
fit in our schedule, then the customer can have the pipes all exposed for the
repair date.
