Thank you for your purchase of an Arctic Spa! This service order was created to get your Arctic Spa connected to the OnSpa app (& myarcticspa.com) permanently with Deco Link Units. In order to get your spa online permanently we will install one Deco Link to your existing router with a Cat-5 cable. A second Deco Link will be placed inside the house, as close to the spa as possible. The third Deco Link will get connected directly to the EcoPak inside your spa to ensure that your internet is guaranteed to be connected to your spa. We're proud to share that we've achieved a 100% success rate in resolving connection issues with this solution. Online connectivity enables remote monitoring of your spa's water chemistry, providing peace of mind, particularly when you're away—especially crucial during the winter months. Additionally, it serves as an invaluable tool for diagnosing issues over the phone, minimizing the need for in-person service calls and saving both time and money.
