Premier Pool & Spa Liner Installation Guarantees
Wrinkle-Free Guarantee
+ We guarantee that the liner will be wrinkle-free on the date of installation and
until the water reaches the middle of the skimmer.
+ After this point, any wrinkles that develop will likely be due to factors beyond
our control, such as
+ Poor drainage in the backyard causing the liner to float.
+ Chemical balance issues, such as high chlorine levels.
+ These issues are not covered under our warranty or the manufacturer's
warranty.
Wrinkle Issue and Compensation
+In the rare event (approximately 1 out of 100 or less) that a wrinkle exists in
the pool on the first fill
+If the wrinkle is smaller than a quarter, a $250 discount will be applied to the
installation.
+If the wrinkle is larger than a quarter but smaller than a dollar bill, a $500
discount will be applied to the installation.
+If the wrinkle is larger than a dollar bill, we will offer either a larger discount or
the option to re-measure and install a new liner, based on the customer's
preference.
Lifetime Patch Warranty
+If a wrinkle or patch is required due to installation causes, it will be warranted
by Premier Pool & Spa for the life of the liner.
+If the patch ever needs replacement or if the wrinkle causes a leak and
requires a patch in the future, the patch will be done at no charge to the
customer.
