Leak-Free Guarantee
+ We guarantee the liner and the areas where the white goods are installed to
be leak-free.
+ If a leak is suspected by the customer after installation, the following steps
should be taken
+ The customer must contact a leak detection company to check for leaks in
the liner and the plumbing.
+ If the leak is found to be in the liner, Premier Pool & Spa will cover the cost
of the leak detection and repair.
+ If the leak is found to be in any other location (e.g., plumbing, equipment,
skimmers), the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the
leak detection and necessary repairs.
Pre-Installation Leak Detection Recommendation
+ If the customer suspects their pool has a leak before we install the new liner,
we highly recommend not assuming the leak is in the old liner.
+ We advise the customer to have the pool leak detected before the new liner
is installed to avoid any issues that may result in necessary repairs (e.g.,
plumbing, equipment, skimmers).
+ Some of these repairs often need to be performed with no liner in the pool.
