Just Swim Weekly Pool Maintenance - Taxable Maintenance Labor - Just
Swim EARLY START extra weekly service visit. This service begins the
customer's weekly services an extra week earlier than the standard 18 weeks.
The Just Swim program requires 18 standard weekly service visits with the
first starting in the week of May 12, 2025 and the final in the week of
September 8th. Fewer than 18 visits are not offered. Each quantity of this item
line purchased will start the customer's weekly service one week earlier. If, for
any reason, your pool is not ready for our weekly service when we arrive, we
reserve the right to reschedule the service to the next available day. Stop
charge conditions include instances where the pool is in use upon our arrival,
the yard is inaccessible due to an unfriendly dog, the water level is too low,
excessive water on the auto cover prevents us from opening it, or if equipment
or the filtration system is not working properly. We prioritize quotes and repairs
for "Just Swim" customers and expedite the process upon receiving approval
to avoid equipment and filtration issues. Customers may choose to vacate the
pool for 1.5 hours for balancing and chemical addition, skip the weekly service
for that week, or incur a stop charge for rescheduling to the next day.
Customers should be aware that we may need to shock the pool most weeks,
and if the pool is shocked, the cover must be left open for a minimum of 1.5
hours after our departure, with customers responsible for closing the cover. It
is also a requirement for customers to have an automatic pool cleaner, which
our technicians will clean weekly. On windy days, the technician may leave it
running after service to maintain pool cleanliness if the cover needs to remain
open for shock treatment. We have discontinued the prepaid option for Just
Swim & Just Soak weekly visits for 2025.
