Labor - Taxable Maintenance Labor - Test/balance water, empty skimmers
and auto pool cleaner immediately for pool & spa upon arriving (and again
before leaving if enough time elapsed). Scoop leaves from pool & spa surface
and floor, vacuum pool & spa if needed (to waste if pool floor is covered in
thick leaves/sediment). Take all leaves/debris removed from skimmers and
water with you, unless if customer has designated an area to dispose of the
debris. Brush walls thoroughly. Every spa gets filters hosed off every week.
Clean spa cover with 409 cleaner & protectant and replace customer's "Scum
Ball" as needed. Make notes on the pool & spa chemistry and water condition
and recommendations for our next weekly visit. Check all equipment Heater
operating?/filter pressure ok?/pump basket clean/no equipment leaks? If pool
or spa is in poor condition and requires follow up before our next weekly visit
