Labor - Taxable Maintenance Labor - Sense N Dispense Bi-Weekly or Monthly
Automation System Maintenance Labor - Per Hour - Minimum Charge is 1/2
Hour - Test water and calibrate Sense N Dispense/Add water & acid dilution to
acid tank/Check condition of supply lines, probes, stenner pump
operation/Check all equipment Heater operating?/filter pressure ok?/clean out
pump basket/no equipment leaks?/Backwash sand or DE filter if needed and
add DE if needed/Swap cartridge filters if needed (if customer has a clean set
available)/If customer does not have a second set of filters, we recommend a
second set so we can swap the cartridge filters out for you when needed, i.e.
pressure is 10 above starting pressure. You can then clean your own filters
after we swap them out or we can take your dirty set back with us to
chemically clean them at our store. There is an extra charge for us to clean the
filters at our store. We do not clean cartridge filters on site with this
service/Make notes on water chemistry and condition and recommendations
for our next biweekly or monthly visit./If water is in poor condition and requires
customer follow up or Premier to follow up (for an extra charge) before our
next scheduled visit we will note this and mark service order as incomplete.
Premier will contact customer to inquire if they will be doing the follow up work
required or if they would like to schedule an extra service call for us to do the
follow up work required.
